Cheesy Chicken SooFoo
2 chicken breasts
1/2 onion chopped
1 c. Sliced mushrooms
2 c. Shredded or Cubed Cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup (condensed)
1 soup can water
1 soup can milk
Place frozen/uncooked chicken in crock pot with onions and mushrooms (and or other veggies)
Mix soup with milk and water and pour over chicken veggies
Turn crock pot on low. Go to work. You can leave it 6 – 9 hours
When you get home take some of the extra liquid and water and add to dry SooFoo.
Once SooFoo is simmering shred chicken and add cheese. Continue on low until SooFoo is ready. Top prepared SooFoo with chicken mixture, enjoy!
